Absolute garbage experience. 290 Tatkal seats showing and still couldn’t book a single ticket. RailOne app and IRCTC system are a total joke—constant errors, crashes, “unauthorized access.” What a complete mess. Fix this broken system. #IRCTCFail #TatkalMess #AppCrash #Frustrated

2A was showing WL58 with 97% cnfrm chance. Payment got debited, app kept loading for mins, then “Ticket Booking Failed”.

Traveling on Train 22912 (DOJ 22 Jan) from Howrah. Coach is dirty, no cleaning staff since departure. Used and unhygienic bedsheets and linen provided. Staff says cleaning happens only at Indore. Completely unacceptable.
