@British_Airways Okay, understandable. Can you at least check if there are any issues with entering advance passenger info on your website as it is saying there are problems for data that has not been asked for and is not relevant.
@sharonn125 I wish we could help, but if you're not named on the booking, then we cannot discuss it with you for data protection reasons. They will have to check in at the airport and they will be assigned seats then. Neil
@British_Airways Hello, I am trying to check in a relative for their flight tomorrow and it is not allowing me as it is asking for a green card number despite it not being one of the requested fields and not travelling to/from the US.
@sharonn125 I'm sorry you are having trouble with the check-in process. Do they have a seat number. If they do, they can check in at the Airport. If they don't they can contact us on their account and we can see about assigning one. Chris S

@KFC_UKI_Help Hi, I placed an order through the app and it said the payment failed and my order was not created, so I tried again and got the same message. I gave up, but then I realised that it still took the money out of my account twice? How do I go about getting a refund?
@kiadriver69@EE The phone was delivered on Thursday but I still hadn’t received any updates from EE until the day, when they told me my plan was changing. If you still don’t have it, I’d recommend downloading the DPD app as it will tell you the day before it’s delivered
@EE Hi, I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max on release day. I have not received any updates and when I call I was told it would be delivered over the weekend, it wasn’t, then I was told Tuesday, it was not and I have not been updated. Could you just tell me a realistic delivery day?

@Uber_Support Hi, I placed an Ubereats order yesterday and after I received uncooked food I reached out on the app and I received what looks like an automated message where they said they cannot help. After sending another message, I received the exact same message which tells me
