Our head of GTM spent 600+ hours inside Claude Code. He turned everything into one cheat sheet. Here's the full breakdown (bookmark for later):
> CLAUDE .md is the operating system. without one, Claude is a smart intern with amnesia. with one, it knows your stack, your rules, your workflows. keep it under 200 lines. re-inject every session.
> /init builds CLAUDE .md from your repo so you stop writing it from scratch
> /compact when context bloats and Claude starts forgetting what you said 40 messages ago
> /memory to audit what it remembers vs what you assumed
> /cost to watch token spend before it surprises you on the invoice
> skills = knowledge. MCP = actions. cleanest mental model on the sheet.
