@SW_Help We’re getting later and later so meeting the 8:33 at Basingstoke seems unlikely. This sudden cancellation once we’re underway happens very often on this route and it is very frustrating.

@SW_Help Hi, my service to Woking from Exeter has been cancelled. Please could the 20:33 service from Basingstoke to Woking be asked to wait for us? Otherwise it’s an hour’s delay!
