@XfinitySupport 3 disconnected calls, multiple transfers, over an hour and still no help with my disconnect. I WILL file a complaint with the @FCC over this. Ridiculous.

@XfinitySupport I'm on my second call to that number, after being on hold for more than 10 minutes, and then having them hang up. So...try again.

@meghendricks @Rackspace Had these problems trying even prior to this catastrophe - Rackspace/o365 integration is problematic.

Anyone going through the @rackspace email situation able to successfully migrate to O365? I keep getting errors.

I know it kinda sucks, but with the @rackspace "workaround" also failing (Office 365), I skipped the middle man and went straight to Microsoft 365 for Business today. 50 accounts, two domains, but done and email is flowing. I'll start exporting OST's soon. #RackspaceOutage

@vagyvag @Rackspace I had a work around on this screen that MIGHT help. If you have the 'More" option on the left-hand panel, and open the Office 365 Admin Panel, you'll get a list of users. But there should be a "settings" option on the left side. Explode this, and the domain options are there.

I hate to be that guy, but the @rackspace outage is testing everyone's disaster recovery plans today. I know I failed: no one seems to have the creds for our DNS.
