i need some advice. i’m 13 years old and have been building a startup called neatly for the past couple months. it’s an advanced computer-use agent on top of gemini, with its own mouse that actually controls the computer. earlier this year, i was the youngest founder at a f(dot)inc demo day. i even got to meet people like sam altman. that experience made me believe i could actually build something real. but as i kept working, i slowly realized something hard: for neatly to really work, i need to train a custom vision model. and that isn’t cheap. so i started looking into raising some money. but then i hear people say things like “you’re only 13, don’t raise, just explore, there shouldn’t be rules yet.” and i get that. but at the same time… i can’t make neatly actually work without that model. i don’t want to just “play around,” i want to build something real that people can use. now i feel stuck between those two worlds. would love to hear your thoughts or advice.
