Delta has done such a poor PR job of getting out in front of this story. Less than 10% of Delta flights are less than 350 miles. That's a 60-minute flight. The only flight I take that's less than 350 miles is LAX to LAS and Delta hasn't served snacks or drinks on that since 2019.

Florida just passed a groundbreaking air taxi bill. Here’s what it does: Exempts eVTOL aircraft from FL sales and use tax Authorizes FL DOT to fund a portion of vertiport project costs Requires FL DOT to expedite approval of vertiports Preempts local governments from regulating vertiport design Prevents local governments from regulating eVTOL charging stations This bill helps reduce uncertainty, expedite approvals and move things forward efficiently.

@FAANews @silvr Why put an age cap of 31 at it? I’m not sure the logic behind that. I can join the military at 31. I can become a cop, firefighter, emergency dispatcher and more at any age. All of those are high stress environments.

Make it make sense‼️ The @FAA’s new overzealous and overburdensome airspace restrictions near LAX do NOTHING to keep the public safer.
