Hey @bookingcom how is it that you don’t have an Indian customer care number and don’t even have a chat support? There is a local for all other countries. I had to make an international call to your support and spent more money on the call waiting than the booking cancellation

From a consumer point of view this is good because I’m slightly assured my baggage will not damage at this point. So many other examples of this in India - Person at the parking ticket meter just to press the button. - Someone with a barrier to block unpaid cars at tolls. 2/n
