It actually already works with it! I use an OpenCode harness to help with tool calls and you can put your local IP or remote LLM IP into the settings and it will connect. You can even use OpenCode's free model's like Big Pickle. I didn't expect it to get this much attention, so it has limitations, but does work. Looks like I'll be expanding on this, though the Git is open source. github.com/WillyDrucker/W…

@OpenRouter I believe the results! Built an extension for VS Code that allows Claude and Codex to iterate back and forth and the results are mind blowing.

@alexaaronlab I feel like everyone talking about anhedonia is exaggerating. Give em a grain of salt worth of data and they wanna Bobby Boucher all the way to the wrong end zone.

Everyone wants me to respect the side-effect data on reta. I don't. Confidence > anhedonia. Shredded > lethargy. Looking better beats all of the possible downsides of reta. I know I'll get a lot of hate for this one, but I stand on it.

People are saying the peptide space is over saturated. The reality is that peptide research is still in it's infancy. The human body likely has thousands of unique peptides all with a different signaling mechanism--or several. We've needed LLM's to truly be able to unlock the language of peptides and move the research and discovery forward. If you're in the peptide space, you're on the leading edge of early adoption. #peptides #reta #llm #bioresearch

@DrJesseMorse I've been saying this for years, as medical professionals look at me like I have something growing out of my forehead. This is why reta and other 4th/5th gen glp's will reduce heart disease significantly.

LDL IS NOT THE PROBLEM IN ❤️ DISEASE, SUGAR IS‼️ 50 different biomarkers were studied in over 28,000 women to determine associations of most risk factors with coronary heart disease attenuated with increasing age at onset. DIABETES and INSULIN RESISTANCE had the highest relative risk. ‘High cholesterol’ and LDL are NOT the problem.

It feels saturated but there is going to be a wave of new entrants to the space over the next 18 months. Particularly as people see the benefits of reta, or the difference in their friends. Besides, peptides are here to stay. They're going to be the new health care model. It's a 4 trillion dollar industry.

Hypothetically, I have $100k…do I invest or start a peptide company? Margins are pretty good with the peptide company, is all of the legal and regulatory headache worth it? Maybe I put it all in $SPCX in 6 months?

Since peptides are understudied in human trials, there's limited information on the reported histamine response to certain compounds. Some reports in the research community indicate severe responses resulting in anaphalactic shock. In other instances responders report mild histamine reactions. It seems, without phase trails studies, the research community is left with anecdotes about why this is happening. Clearly the bodies immune system is activating mast cell responses to what it deems a foreign protein. Although reports indicate the histamine response is more prevalent with the HGH stimulating peptides like Tesamorelin, CJC 1295, and Ipamorelin. With some reporting a response with GHK-Cu or Mots-C. We've seen almost no anadectol data about a histamine response from the GLPs, Reta, or BPC-157. Although in theory, these novel peptides should also activate mast cells. Whats everyone's opinion on why this is? #peptides #retatrutide #glp1 #researchuseonly #siriusmolecules

@DrJesseMorse @TheCryptoDaddi It can be purity, but we're using 99% purity compounds. It's a mast cell response genetically it seems for some small percentage of researchers.

@TheCryptoDaddi Quality/Purity is #1 That never happens with my patients (I would have heard in the past 3-5 years) Dose - 2.5 mg to 5 mg per injection max

Has ANYONE been able to figure out how to keep MOTS-c from creating a histamine? I have to say it’s super annoying watching a simply 30 unit injection swell up 1-2 inches in size. Feels like there has to be a way around this. I mean MOTS-c is seriously one of my favorite peptides but its reaction is insanely annoying.

@TheCryptoDaddi My lab rats react the same way to CJC 1295 + Ipa. I halfed the dose and that seems to minimize. But interested to hear how to mitigate it if possible.

@ThePepGuy I was using Trancsend as a provider and they went bankrupt, so they stopped shipping product. I switched to a new provider and opted to forgo the HCG. I'll probably hop back on if I want to PCT.

"Third-party tested" means nothing if you can't verify the lab. We publish COAs you can cryptographically verify against the testing lab directly — no trusting a PDF we could've edited in Canva. That should be the standard, not a feature.

Most people buying research peptides have never actually read a COA. Quick guide to what matters: identity (is it the compound?), purity % (HPLC), and mass spec confirmation. If a vendor won't show all three, plus a confirmation on the testing lab's own site, that's your answer. 🧵 Here is the US-based testing lab we use for all our testing. They use immutable cryptographic signatures on all COA's that are verifiable through their own site: accumarklabs.com

Out of the 30ish people I know IRL that approached me on their own about peptides I would say 4 or 5 of them I feel comfortable even suggesting self-recon and self-dosing to. The other 25 may try but it will end badly or just a waste of money for them I fear. So I bite my tongue a lot.

Reta has no hunger blocking effects on me at all, at least up to 4mg/wk. I added Cagrilintide .5mg/wk last week and I can honestly say it works. At .5mg it’s just enough to make me not constantly think about my next meal, but low enough that if I realize I’m low on my macros I still pack away some food. Cutting has never been easier. There really isn’t a reason to be fat anymore..
