hey @Airbnb, beyond disappointed with your effort to resolve our situation. We had to leave early - day 11 of a 46-day stay - because of cockroaches in the kitchen. To say it is a "low severity issue" and offer a 10% refund on a ~$9k charge is crazy. Help, pls.

Zoom is just that crazy outlier in SaaS. Covid fueled insane growth, $1B ARR to ~$4B … in one year. Yes, one year
But it wasn’t a gift. As world reopened, we didn’t need as much Zoom
Today it's at $4.3 Billion ARR & super profitable

@lennysan We had our first culture offsite the first Friday after we hired our second employee. The four of us talked about what values we cared about and documented them. Revised them many times after, though.
