Malayali Hindutvawadis placing the photo of a foreign king whose contribution to Kerala is negligible is an example that proves Malayali Hindutvawadis are subservient to North Indian Hindutvawadis. NOTE: We will never see North Indian Hindutvawadis glorifying the Malayali king Marthanda Varma for defeating the Dutch navy at the Battle of Colachel in Kerala. However, Malayali Hindutvawadis place photos of North Indian kings in Kerala when North Indian Hindutvawadis ask them to do so. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I would certainly write “State of Qatar” if I had purchased the bus using the money I earned while working in Qatar. The lives of millions of Malayalis became more PEACEFUL due to remittances from the Gulf, and we indeed have an emotional attachment to it. I still remember my grandmother saying that it was because of Gulf money that we were able to give “oru pavan ponnu” (8 grams of gold) for our daughter’s marriage.

DMart is trash compared to Kerala’s supermarkets. My visits in Mangalore and Bangalore were absolute letdowns. Trust me: once you’ve experienced the scale of Lulu or Nesto, every other brand feels like a joke.

@ROALY @IKEAIndia DMart does not have a single store in Kerala despite being the No 1 state in terms of FMCG consumption. DMart is present in all the other Southern States .It has stores in Coimbatore, so opening one in Palakkad or Thrissur wouldn't be difficult.

IKEA India should have a store in Kerala. The most consumer and house mad state in India. Decathlon didn't make this mistake, they started theirs in Kochi within an year of starting their retail ops in India. Whoever did the research for @IKEAIndia did a poor job.

The first image is from @PMCPune post - x.com/pmcpune/status… The second image is from their own report- pmc.gov.in/en/b/riverfront Notice the difference, there is lack of green cover or even the space for trees to grow in the real image. This difference is called Marketing, when you buy beauty products to make your skin fair and after loads of money spent you realise that it was never meant to be so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ And the third image is from my visit to #OshoTeerthPark Where a riparian zone along a natural stream was preserved and nurtured over many decades providing a good example of what river front development could have become. Pune city may or may not realise the price they have paid for this blunder called #PuneRFD BUT all that construction you see in the river bank is now irreversible. And the river?? Still dead. पुणे महानगरपालिकेमार्फत मुळा-मुठा नदीकाठ सुधारणा प्रकल्प प्रगतीपथावर आहे. पुणे शहरातून ४४ कि.मी. लांबीने वाहणाऱ्या नदीपैकी पहिल्या टप्प्यात संगमवाडी ते बंडगार्डन दरम्यान ३.७ कि.मी. नदीकाठ विकासाचे काम हाती घेण्यात आले असून, त्यापैकी सुमारे ९०% काम पूर्ण झाले आहे. संगमवाडी येथील १.५० कि.मी. लांबीचा नदीकाठ सर्वार्थाने पूर्ण झाला असून, आज दि. २६.०१.२०२६ रोजी मा. महापालिका आयुक्त नवल किशोर राम यांच्या समवेत मा. पृथ्वीराज बि.पी. अतिरिक्त आयुक्त (इस्टेट), मा. पवणीत कौर अतिरिक्त आयुक्त (जनरल), मा. ओमप्रकाश दिवटे अतिरिक्त आयुक्त (विशेष) व मा. प्रशांत वाघमारे शहर अभियंता यांनी कामाची पाहणी करून वृक्षारोपण केले. या प्रकल्पाअंतर्गत नदीकाठालगत थीम पार्क, चालणे व सायकलिंग ट्रॅक तसेच विविध नागरी सुविधा विकसित करण्यात येत आहेत. पूर्ण झालेल्या १.५० कि.मी. ट्रॅकचे लोकार्पण पुणे महानगरपालिका वर्धापन दिनानिमित्त १५.०२.२०२६ रोजी करण्यात येणार असून, नागरिकांसाठी सकाळी ६ ते ९ व संध्याकाळी ५ ते ८ या वेळेत वापरासाठी उपलब्ध राहणार आहे. मार्च २०२६ अखेर संगमवाडी ते कल्याणीनगर दरम्यान सुमारे ५ कि.मी. काम पूर्ण करण्याचे नियोजन असून, नजीकच्या कालावधीत लोकप्रतिनिधी व मा. मंत्री यांच्या हस्ते रीतसर लोकार्पण करण्यात येणार आहे. 🌿🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️ #RiverFront #MulaMutha #Pune #Inaguration #PMC
