Seriously, look at the pharma giants ($LLY, $SNY, $REGN, $AMGN, $ABBV, $PFE, $GALD) that have run AtD P3 programs and *none* of them have run an exclusively bio-experienced trial like $NKTR is going to. Little old $NKTR is going bigger/bolder with Rezpeg than anyone in pharma ever has in AtD. They’re treating Rezpeg like it’s the real deal, and if a trial like this hits…I see no way it isn’t a multi-blockbuster in AtD alone. “The only biologic with labeled use for post-biologic patients” would market *so* strong. If you really could dominate that 2L market you’re talking >$5B peak sales *easily* - a trial like this would certainly help with 2L domination. Recalling that $NKTR was barely green at ~$40/share at this time on the day of the atopic derm maintenance data. Then the stock rallied all day long. Then they raised cash at $58/share...Then the stock ran up to $85 over the next few weeks... $NKTR quickly saw well over 100% gains on the immediate post-data prices and then almost a 50% on the post OFFERING prices... IMO we should see something similar today and the days after. Offering should be coming soon IMO, hopefully at a higher price than the measly $100 opening of this morning. Then, I hope that history repeats itself with another sustained rally after that! I really really really don't get why $NKTR is priced this low (~$100)...yes, I have been saying that for well over a year now, but when I first started saying it, the stock was at <$10/share! 😅

For those keeping track, Kristoff's piece: - Was published to pre-empt a detailed report about sexual violence by Hamas, full of actual evidence. - One of his main quoted Israeli sources says Kristoff misrepresented his take. - The article omits context about the background of its sources. - Several of his cited victims have a clear record of significantly changing their story. Kristoff omits any explanation for these changes. - The main source of the most significant abuse claim is a terrorist-tied org that has pushed constant insane conspiracies. A group that denies extensive evidence of widespread sexual violence by Hamas and had an interest in pre-empting the report mentioned in the first point. - The article promotes a central claim from that group about dogs being trained to rape people, which is biologically unlikely and has almost no supporting evidence. Kristoff has since misled followers about the medical evidence to support the possibility. Another primary linked source for the claim is an online grifter known for making stuff up, sexually harassing women, and sending inappropriate photos to minors, while having no firsthand knowledge to support the claim. The NYT fired several people for publishing a Tom Cotton op-ed with a very mainstream view about preventing mob violence, but Kistoff knows there will be zero consequences for any of the above because the NYT consistently adopts the view that journalistic standards don't apply when publishing anti-Israel content.

This New York Times "article" about Israel is such a journalistic atrocity that I actually feel stupid reading it out loud. If everyone at the NYT who is responsible for this is not fired, then the publication will lose whatever shred of credibility it has left.
