Used this trick the other day. Pt had horrible access. Only a 22g in the thumb. After 50ccs - Baammm Able to sink an 18g.

We are yet to find any EM trainee or trainer who *actually* knows what exactly the complex paeds presentations for HST actually are, or produce a list of them.
