@SkolSouth @PhilMackey You forget, one half of the puzzle is the players picked, but the OTHER half is developing the players you were given. The fact that only a handful of players had success is partially on KOC and staff for not teaching and adapting their system to the players on the roster

@PhilMackey This is plain silly. KOC is a much better football mind than Childress. Also, KOC has basically had only 3 draft picks to work with.

I'm not out on KOC yet... But Brad Childress actually had an underrated Vikings coaching tenure. Childress = .563 W% in his first four seasons + went to an NFC Championship Game. KOC = .632 W%... but 0 playoff wins.

I certainly lost faith in Kwesi quite a bit, but I believe now ownership likely make the wrong firing. I think they should have traded KOC and let B Flo guide decisions on this team. If KOC is giving up on JJM in favor of these other two, then I have less than zero hope now that KOC will lead us to a SB.

@nutseller You can’t have it both ways . KOC played JJ as much as humanly possible and it was mostly terrible…. When he wasn’t hurt with 3 dif injuries. He needs to win as he explained the belief is there but the timetable has changed. The kid needs to strip down and rework his mechanics

@PhilMackey JJ was basically gifted the job last year, this year they are putting maximum pressure on JJ. He needs to compete to be the 2, if he can't do that, then he's done. If he is the 2, he will see field time with Murray getting hurt. If not, then he's done

@GFrankboggs Here's my issue with that take: How do you know that any of this is true? You don't know him. There's no actual evidence that he "doesn't really want to compete" ...when he's played full seasons, he's won a fair amount of games.
