Let me make this very clear to @kevinolearytv.
Butte Silver-Bow, Montana is built on 10,000 miles of mining tunnels and also a very highly toxic pit of water called the Berkeley Pit.
With the low humming of a data center vibrating 10,000 miles worth of unstable tunnels, will make the tunnels collapse and possibly create a toxic water pit to break, creating an ecological disaster.
This isn't rocket science this is common sense. Absolutely no data centers above our water table, 1 mile above sea level, with 10,000 miles of unstable tunnels under the ground.
Never going to happen.

Why is there suddenly such an aggressive push against American data centers and AI infrastructure? After seeing a major spike in coordinated opposition campaigns around our Utah projects, we conducted a digital audit and traced a large amount of the activity back to an organization called Alliance for a Better Utah, which has been pushing misinformation throughout Box Elder County about our data center developments. What’s even more concerning is where the funding appears to originate. After reviewing IRS Form 990 filings and tracing the network behind it, the money appears tied to Chinese linked funding channels connected through an organization called Arabella. Think about the incentive, if China is racing to dominate AI and compute capacity, why wouldn’t they want to slow American infrastructure down?

WISDOM FROM THE MAGIC 8 BALL?
Answers To Montana Political Questions??
I remember the old Magic 8 Ball back in our childhood—a combination of supposed mystical wisdom and plastic nonsense. You’d shake that thing like you were mixing a martini , flip it over, and wait as the blue window slowly revealed an answer: “Outlook not so good.” or some other nonsense. Major life decisions—like whether to ride your bike or eat another popsicle—with answers all handed down by that floating, slightly judgmental triangle.
So naturally, I’m in Walmart the other day, and believe me, Im not into mysticism or spiritualism or the like, but I see one on the shelf, and think, “Let’s See What It Say” I give it a shake and ask, a few political questions of interest to our Montana. I didn’t buy it—but I thought it would be interesting to share the same answer that kept showing up!
