Happy International Women’s Day! Honored and humbled to receive the “Trailblazer Woman” Award at today’s International Women’s Day Celebrations, hosted by the Consulate General of India in San Francisco and the Association of Indo Americans (AIA). My deepest gratitude to the Honorable Consul General of India Srikar Reddy and Madame Prathima Reddy, the distinguished leaders in attendance (including Liutenant Governor of California Eleni Kounalakis, SF Chief Protocol Penny Coulter, Vinod Khosla and Madame Neruu Khosla, Christine Pelosi, Ambassador Shefali Duggal, Assemblywoman Catherine Stefani) and NAARI for creating a celebration that so beautifully honors the strength, contributions, and resilience of women. I am especially inspired by my fellow women honorees, each of whom embodies what it means to lead with courage, purpose, and grace. On this International Women’s Day, there’re a few lessons that have resonated with me: - Say yes to the things that scare you. Every role that shaped you most began with a moment of doubt. Growth lives on the other side of comfort. -Lift as you climb. A trailblazer’s job is never just to walk the path, it is to widen it. Every door that opened came with a responsibility to hold it open for someone else. -The table is not full. In technology, in AI, in energy, in the C-suite and the boardroom, we still need more women leaders to help shape the decisions that will define our future. I dedicate this award to all the remarkable women AND men who have supported, mentored, and challenged me. And I dedicate it equally to the young women leaders who will come after me, the ones who are just beginning to find their voices, take their risks, and chart their own paths. The future belongs to you. Happy International Women’s Day! #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026 #Naari2026 #WomenInLeadership #WomenInTechnology #WomenInAI #TrailblazerWoman #WomenOnBoards #ConsulateGeneralOfIndia #AssociationOfIndoAmericans

Under @POTUS leadership, the biggest AI companies in the world are committing to the Ratepayer Protection Pledge. Data centers are the foundation of the internet and next generation technologies, supporting the U.S. economy and national security. Although electricity demand is increasing, Americans won’t be footing the bill. President Trump is leveraging the data center boom to benefit American households, businesses, and the energy grid at large.

Elon is describing here the mind-blowing superexponential growth in AI capabilities. Physical or embodied AI adds another dimension: convergence, or s-curves feeding s-curves. Robotaxis are the convergence of AI, robotics, and energy storage. Slowly, slowly, then all at once!
Dustin@r0ck3t23

Elon Musk just said the AI community is misunderstanding the math of superintelligence by two orders of magnitude. Not slightly off. Not directionally wrong. A hundred times off. Musk: “Most people in the AI community don’t yet understand. The intelligence density potential is vastly greater than what we’re currently experiencing.” Everyone is focused on the hardware race. Bigger data centers. More GPUs. Nuclear power plants built to feed the compute. That’s half the equation. Musk: “I think we’re off by two orders of magnitude in terms of intelligence density per gigabyte. That’s just algorithmic improvement. Same computer.” Read that carefully. Not more hardware. Not more energy. Not more capital. The same machine. A hundred times smarter. Through software alone. That’s before the hardware improvements compound on top of it. Musk: “And the computers are getting better. That’s why I think it is a 10x improvement per year type thing. 1,000 percent.” A thousand percent compounding annual growth rate in raw intelligence. A system that becomes 10x more capable every twelve months doesn’t follow a linear curve. It doesn’t follow an exponential curve that human intuition can track. It follows a curve that human intuition cannot simulate at all. In year one it’s 10x smarter. In year two it’s 100x. In year three it’s 1,000x. At that point, the gap between that system and a human brain is wider than the gap between a human brain and a calculator. This is the math the public isn’t running. The models aren’t just getting better. They are compounding on themselves at a rate that makes every previous technology curve look flat. Musk: “The intelligence density potential is vastly greater than what we’re currently experiencing.” We aren’t approaching superintelligence on the timeline most people imagine. We are already inside the curve.

Polaris has made history as the first privately developed fusion energy machine to demonstrate measurable deuterium-tritium fusion and achieve plasma temperatures of 150 million degrees Celsius (MºC).

In today’s age of AI disruption, will some future winners be those who have real moats at the intersection of the physical and the digital? I’ve been reflecting on the events of the last few weeks. First, ~$300B+ in software market value evaporated in what many are calling the “Software Armageddon” or “SaaS-pocalypse.” At the same time: • @elonmusk warned that those who’ve only dealt with software may face a hard awakening about the importance of hardware. • @pmarca of @a16z noted at the Cisco AI Summit that there seems to be a rotation towards hardware and energy. • #JensenHuang advised students to study more physical sciences than software sciences. These don't seem to be isolated comments. They point to something bigger: AI isn’t just disrupting software, workflows, TAMs and profit pool; it’s reshaping the relationship between the digital and the physical worlds. For years, value accrued to asset-light, cloud-native, recurring-revenue software models. Now AI agents are compressing workflows, redefining seat-based economics, and reshaping TAM assumptions overnight. In theory, the LLM models providers can be competitors to all types of businesses..., unless you have a defensible moat. AI doesn’t live only in the digital worlds. It runs factories. Optimizes power grids. Drives robotics. Secures supply chains. Accelerates drug discovery. Powers autonomous systems. We may be witnessing a world where digital intelligence meets physical infrastructure at scale. A renaissance of disruptions in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, logistics, energy, and industrial systems. It’s about rebuilding and reimagining the physical economy with software and AI at its core. Having spent decades operating at the intersection of digital systems and physical industries, this moment feels especially meaningful for me.  And yet, we’re early and no one can predict the future. However, if this is a tectonic shift (and it feels like one), leaders should consider: • Agility over certainty. The playbook is being rewritten in real time. • Customer-first lens. How will AI reshape your customers’ workflows? If their workflows change, your TAM and profit pools will shift. • Re-examining moats. Is your value in software features — or in integrated systems, data, and execution? • Capital strategy. AI in the physical world often means hardware, energy, and infrastructure exposure. • Talent rethink. The future may demand as much fluency in physics, energy systems, and manufacturing as in code. We are still at the beginning. None of us can predict exactly how this unfolds. But it feels like the center of gravity is shifting. Curious how others are seeing this: Are we entering a digital-physical renaissance? Where will value accrue in the AI stack? What applications verticals are safe? Where do you see the biggest opportunity and risk for your business, your industry? Would love to hear your perspective. #AI #Disruptions #PhysicalAI #Leadership

Super Bowl and robots, anyone? 🏈🤖 Had an amazing time at the xAI/@SpaceX Super Bowl party, and one of the coolest moments was hanging out with #Optimus, @elonmusk’s awesome humanoid robot. One model showcased impressive fine-motor skills, still one of the hardest challenges in robotics, with excellent hand dexterity, the ability to pick up small objects, and even perform expressive hand gestures. The other model, by contrast, leaned into larger movements, striking football poses and jumping around with ease. Truly a glimpse of where robotics is headed. Here’s to innovation and great football! And let’s go Seahawks! #SuperBowl #Optimus #AI #PhysicalAI #Robotics #xAI #ElonMusk #SpaceX #SuperBowlLX @Seahawks @Patriots
