@JemYoung Fascinating! I want to hear more esp on refining interview questions and dropping rounds. We currently have 3.5h of interviews (split into 5 rounds) a trial contract and a reference check. Sounds like a lot but candidates love it, esp the trial part. We’re transparent on process

Really proud of the team. We've spent like 30-40 hours refining our interview questions and even dropped two rounds in order to create the best candidate experience. Interviewing will always kinda suck but we're trying to make it suck a little less.
