United Health Group (UHG) recently reported their Q1 2026 results, exceeding earnings expectations with $111.7 billion in revenue—a 2% year-over-year increase. They attribute their positive performance to “improved medical cost management.” Just so we are all clear - medical cost management is code for prior authorization, downcoding, care denials, etc. They take pride in denying care because it looks good on their earnings report.

UnitedHealth @UHC just had its biggest quarterly earnings EVER. They do this by denying care and not paying those who deliver care. They put profits above patients. I urge every patient or employer to drop them immediately. Enough is enough.

Brandon was killed today — the victim of the terrorist attack at Old Dominion University. Brandon was a Professor of Military Science and the leader of the university's ROTC program. He was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Atlantic Resolve. His awards included two Bronze Stars, Senior Army Aviator Badge, Combat Action Badge, Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with Valor, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and the Joint Service Achievement Medal. Brandon was gunned down by a coward foreign terrorist who was already convicted of ISIS ties yet we allowed him to remain in this country. We MUST fix our immigration laws. Please pray for Brandon’s family.
