This house just sold for 1.7 million dollars in Brisbane. If you bought the house with a 20% deposit, the monthly mortgage would be $8000.

The vast majority of property investors are 'mum & dads' with one property who are trying to build a retirement nest egg. It's a long grind not quick riches
