@SLHC_Nigeria @dsengeh So hear me and get it into your thick skull once again. I am a true SLPP but not a cocaine infested & corrupt Paopa SLPP. You guys have blemished our once great party. We should now be ashamed of the APC. Tribalism is blinding some of you who were enjoying in the APC yesterday.

@sojustice @dsengeh This shows how humane and compassionate the SLPP is. If this government were truly “useless,” it would not be receiving recognition and positive ratings at the global level. If the government were ineffective, your children would not be benefiting from free quality education,

After a very hectic day, I rode home today in a public transport poda-poda so I could engage citizens and understand the issues that are good and those of concern. This is the kind of radical governance and leadership we are offering. Together #WeWillDeliver

@SLHC_Nigeria @dsengeh Cocaine, Kush, corruption… Yes global recognition indeed! You let our people in the south east to vote freely. Then you will get your true report card. Don’t be a coward & hide by using the name of our national High Commission to post; use your own name.

@SLHC_Nigeria @dsengeh So you think anyone that criticizes this government belongs to another party? You are really pathetic! I am truly SLPP, just not Paopa. You guys have destroyed our once noble party. All you’re doing is faking it to win global scores. Corruption, drugs & hunger is all we’re known

@sojustice @dsengeh Because the mission of the SLPP Gov’t is to deliver services and improve the lives of S/Leoneans, that is why the President is busy commissioning numerous dev.projects across the country.Your party spent 11 years in gov’t ;what were the lasting solutions provided for the people

@dsengeh The reason why you @dsengeh don’t want to go back to the US where you lived. You would rather rig elections even if the country burns as long as you continue to grab & enjoy power. Useless government. What a shame to all young people! But the day of reckoning will come inshallah!

On our way from Falaba, northern Sierra Leone, we stopped to pick some fresh mangoes. Our government is doing a lot to bring infrastructure and services to the most remote areas across our country. Better roads will unlock agriculture, save lives and improve the economy.

@Keketoma_Sandi What has the Paopa SLPP regime really got to lecture on democracy when you don’t respect it? You steal elections, you kill your citizens extrajudicially, you steal from the national coffers, you muzzle free speech, & the list goes on. One day, you’ll give an account to God & man!

I have had the honor to serve as Co-Chair with the UN Resident Cordinator on a topic so important to our government- the Spotlight 2.0 Initiative on ending violence against women and girls. We held our first meeting today and as I told committee members, we will over deliver!

@tonkolili What? Is this actually a government document? With such terrible grammar and spellings? It’s no wonder that Salone has now been reduced to krio speaking even at Press Conferences. The former Anthens of Africa is no more! What a shame Paopa SLPP!! 🤦‍♂️

@FirstLadyBio Hmmm…oh u Paopa bunch!! Why all this show off? DJ Trump invited EBK in 2018. He didn’t even show up; instead he sent Samura Kamara. Yet no noise was made about it. For you guys, it’s like going to heaven because of your tainted track records. A sharp spear needs no polish!!

As I depart Sierra Leone to honor this invitation, it is with great honor and a deep sense of responsibility that I accept the opportunity to join the Global Coalition Summit, Fostering the Future Together, at the White House, Washington DC. I am profoundly pleased to stand as a voice for Africa—representing not only our continent, but the millions of children whose futures depend on the choices we make today. In an increasingly digital world, the safety, dignity, and well-being of our children must remain at the center of global priorities. As Africa continues to embrace technology as a tool for education, innovation, and opportunity, we must also confront the growing risks within the digital space. Our children are navigating environments that can both empower and endanger them. It is therefore our collective duty—as leaders, policymakers, and advocates—to ensure that the digital world becomes a safe, inclusive, and responsible space for every child. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to First Lady Melania Trump for entrusting me with the responsibility of serving as the African voice within this important coalition. This gesture reflects a shared commitment to global partnership and the protection of our children. As I rally my fellow First Ladies across Africa to support this initiative, I look forward to working closely with First Lady Melania Trump and other First Spouses around the world to advance this critical agenda. Together, we can build a united front that prioritizes the safety and well-being of children everywhere. I join this coalition with a firm commitment to advocate for stronger protections, ethical digital practices, and collaborative global frameworks that place child safety at the forefront. Africa’s voice is essential in shaping these conversations, as our continent is home to one of the youngest and fastest-growing populations in the world. Together, we must build systems that educate, protect, and empower our children—ensuring they are not only consumers of technology, but safe, informed, and responsible digital citizens. This is not just a moment of participation—it is a moment of purpose. For the children of Africa, and for children everywhere, we must act with urgency, unity, and unwavering resolve. I look forward to contributing meaningfully to this coalition and to working alongside global partners to secure a safer digital future for all. FMB

@osasuo Why can’t Morocco simply eat the humble pie and accept defeat? All was done under the sun by the football authorities to give you a win on that day, yet it didn’t go your way. I’m sure if you had won, you wouldn’t be protesting about the walk-off pitch. Accept defeat & move on!!

@MichaelBasita That’s the Alie Kabba that I know in our good old days at FBC in the 80s-talking truth to power-until he was messed up by the RUF & this Paopa SLPP gang. Never too late to make a comeback for the greater good. Salone is a forgiving nation.

I do not know Alie Kabba, but at a time when the detention of political opponents is treated like political achievement, it is worth acknowledging him for reminding those in authority that bail is not a favour but a constitutional right — one that carries no party colours. It is the minimum obedience a government owes its own laws and justice is not something to be postponed until after punishment. Lansana Dumbuya is a senior colleague with whom I have often stood on opposite sides in court — but that is precisely the point: rights are not reserved for people we agree with. I therefore add my voice to this call, because once a right becomes selective, it stops being a right at all.

@FatormaS77162 @thomasd05987132 @anticorruption Don’t fake here! You are never APC. Even a child born today knows there is no group more corrupt than this Paopa SLPP gang. They are not even true SLPP; they’re Paopas. They’re a band of hustlers from the diaspora who have succeeded to dent the image of our once noble party.

Sierra Leone is still amongst the highly corrupt counties in the world, the 2025 Corruption Perception Index #CPI by @anticorruption indicates. Sierra Leone makes an improvement from 34 in 2014 to 33 in 2025 #CPI, depicting that corruption is still rife in the country. According to the report, Corruption remains a serious problem in Sub-Saharan Africa,as only four out of the 49 countries score above 50, revealing that Sub Saharan Africa is the lowest performing region on the global-index of 182 countries. Sierra Leone’s President @julius_maadabio commended the antigraft commissioner @FrancisKaifala for what many have described as infinitesimal improvement on the #CPI @julius_maadabio on his Facebook post said that the 2025 Corruption Perception Index demonstrates their increased efforts to combat corruption, adding that “Sierra Leone is ranked 109th, placing us ahead of 30 African countries and 60 worldwide. This reflects a decrease in corruption levels” @VP_Jalloh @dsengeh @ecowas @USEmbFreetown @EUinSierraLeone @UKinSierraLeone

To be named among the 100 Most Influential Women in Africa is a profound honor. I am deeply grateful for this recognition and for everyone who deemed me worthy of it. Truly, it is only by the grace of Allah and the unwavering support of the people of Mama Salone that this is possible. I receive this recognition with humility, renewed purpose, and a deepened commitment to continue serving women, girls, and humanity at large. 🤍 FMB

@Keketoma_Sandi How about the occupation of Yenga? As ECOWAS Chairman can’t this your Paopa President try to solve that issue before he vacates the seat? It will be a shame if our SLPP party leaves this matter again unresolved after Tejan Kabbah failed to until EBK of APC came and settled it.
