"The Department cannot simply reinstate an unlawful policy under the guise of 'new' measures and expect the court to overlook it," he said, calling the department's actions "a clear attempt to circumvent a valid court order."
Pentagon spokesman announced on social media that the department had complied with the court's order. The journalists' accreditations were restored, and the policy was revised in accordance with the judge's comments.
