@Delta Savannah I am getting automated messages in DM, they are no help! The links you sent go straight to the help center, there is no window to message from. We are stuck in Belize, are getting close to 6 hours on hold, and this is how a platinum member is treated? Please help

@ChaseSupport Clearly your team is not sorry. I DM’d l and received the same “nothing we can do” response. Your agent hung up on me yesterday when I was respectful, despite waiting on hold for an hour for a 2 minute conversation. Your credit card promotions are a scam. #badcustomerservice

@ChaseSupport FYI, I had a question regarding a new credit card… your team was unable to help me and also hung up on me over the phone, when I was friendly and polite the whole time. FYI - I will NEVER be using a chase credit card in the future. #badcustomerservice #chase
