By the way in Lebanon if you don't have cash or an insurance policy and you happen to be in mortal danger, the hospital ER will just turn you away and refuse to treat you in 99.9% of cases.
I can probably recall around 5 preventable deaths during the past 2 years where patients died because of that.
And recently a woman in her 60s had a heart attack and did not receive anything more than aspirin because she was too poor to afford anything else.
This is deeply immoral
