I found out recently that I was deceived by social activists in an elaborate scheme dating back to January. A production group with what I now know has a fake name and fake identities gave me a friendly interview about my book A Day with Sir John A, and about Sir John A Macdonald, back in Feb. They connected me with a fake company called Heritage Figures Canada with a fake website and "hired" me to perform consulting work for them. We had what I now know were fake meetings, fake documents, fake commercial shoot, fake prototype of a Sir John A collectible. Then in a second filmed interview last week, they turned on me, and it was revealed to have all been a setup in order to demonize Sir John A and smear me. It turns out this is a taxpayer-funded CBC and APTN project. There is so much more, I will make a video. They also deceived @FrancesWiddows1

I’d like to point out that this is the problem with far too many politicians today, they disregard The Will of the people. Why should Danielle denounce what the people want? That’s not her place to do so. The same thing went on during the Freedom Convoy. Elected officials shouldn’t be there to denounce the voices of their citizens. They should be listening to them, and that’s why Alberta is in the situation that they are. No one from Ottawa listened.

DEAF & GAY CHILD PORN PIG CRIES AS HE’S SENTENCED TO NINE MONTHS JAIL LOCAL FAKE NEWS REFUSE TO TELL PUBLIC AGAIN ABOUT REPEAT CHILD PORN OFFENDER A 38y/o RICHARD FORTIER (Jan6/88) appeared in person on May11/26 before Justice Jennifer Hoshizaki to plead guilty to: -possession of child pornography -breach of Sex Offender Prohibition Order An American Sign Language Interpreter is present because FORTIER is completely deaf. ADMITTED FACTS The National Child Exploitation Crime Center received a notification from Google on Feb1/23 that a user named RICHARD FORTIER in Thunder Bay had child pornography stored on their iCloud & Google Drive on Dec8/22 between 2:41pm & 3:12pm. Thunder Bay Police were notified and received a Production Order from TBayTel on Feb7/23 stating that the IP address was at 606 Mary Street West. Officers also learned that RICHARD FORTIER was a Registered Sex Offender who was previously convicted on Feb5/21 of possession of child pornography. TBPS Officers received a search warrant on Feb9/23 and executed that warrant on Feb10/23 at 606 Mary Street West. Officers seized an Apple iPhone belonging to RICHARD FORTIER.  Police obtained another warrant for his phone and searched the device. A search of his phone turned up 118 files of child pornography.  There were 50 videos, mostly of adults raping naked children. FORTIER turned himself into Thunder Bay Police on Sept22/23.  Despite knowing that FORTIER was a Registered Sex Offender, Justice of the Peace Nancy Tulloch ordered him released the same day on $300 no deposit bail with conditions. JOINT SUBMISSION Provincial Crown Attorney Marlene Leblanc informs the court that a plea deal has been made with the Crown Attorney’s Office that she had no part in. Defence Attorney Oliver Abergel tells the court that he worked out a deal for NINE MONTHS in jail and that his client is extremely worried about being placed in General Population at the Jail and fears violent attacks from other inmates. FORTIER is a gay & completely deaf man who met with a forensic psychologist at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital.  He has a history of involvement in DEAF PRIDE groups. FORTIER admits being attracted to images and videos of child pornography, but claims that he would never harm a child. FORTIER cannot speak or hear, but understands sign language. FORTIER was previously convicted of possession of child pornography on Feb5/21 in Ottawa.  FORTIER received an 18 month Conditional Sentence Order for that conviction. Defence Attorney Abergel tells the court that the previous conviction of child pornography is aggravating & problematic but it could have been worse, because FORTIER did not have thousands of videos. He tells the court that FORTIER is in fear of going to jail and scared that he won’t be protected significantly from other inmates due to his status as a Sex Offender and his deafness. He asks Her Honour to recommend that FORTIER serve his sentence at an institution capable of service for deaf persons. Her Honour asks ABERGEL if he knows of any institution specializing in that.  No one is aware of any jails that specialize in deafness. FORTIER is given an opportunity to address the court and he has nothing to say. Justice Hoshizaki tells the court that a NINE MONTH sentence is very generous and an 18 month sentence would have been very much in the realm of possibility for a repeat child porn offender. Her Honour further stated that it is the court’s job to protect children. She expressed outrage that the child porn industry thrives because of people like FORTIER. Justice Hoshizaki tells FORTIER “If you come back a third time, there will be no sympathy.” SENTENCING Her Honour sentences FORTIER to NINE months in jail, along with three years of probation. FORTIER will be placed on the Sex Offender Registry for 20 years and he has a Section 161 Order imposed for 10 years that restricts him from numerous things: -not be anywhere like schools, parks, swimming pools etc, where children present -no employment or volunteering with children -no contact with children under 16 unless supervised -no internet unless device in his own name -no public wifi -no encryption software -no scrubbing software A DNA order is also imposed and the Apple iphone is forfeited to the Crown. Her Honour makes a recommendation on the sentencing that FORTIER be held at an institution capable of dealing with deaf inmate. FORTIER is crying when he placed in handcuffs by TBPS Officers.  His parents are also in the courtroom crying as they watch their Sex Offender child be led away to begin his sentence. NEW: Michigan man starts bawling as he is sentenced to at least 30 years in prison for murdering his best friend on his wedding night. 24-year-old Michigan James Shirah killed his friend and groomsman Terry Taylor, 29, by deliberately hitting him with an SUV. Shirah and his wife, Savannah Collier, had exchanged vows just hours before the incident. Shirah had reportedly been drinking during the day and later got into an argument with Taylor. He then left and returned with the car, hitting Taylor. Collier pleaded guilty to one count of accessory after the fact. Shirah was sentenced to at least 30 years in prison for second-degree murder and has to pay $334 in fines.
