So it is a nervous system response meaning yes it can impact digestion in really dumb and complicated ways. Oddly enough like any other kind of sensory related response you can almost always figure out a way *around* it. Once in an averse state it can be VERY hard to try again even with a safe option without time, so figuring out your triggers is important, even if they tend to adjust. I'm 39 living with it. It is real. The reactions are largely involuntary. I tend to keep safe options around more often, with reminders to eat. Loved ones are really good at making sure I try again rather than feel frustrated or defeated by me not being able to eat.

@FbiMetal Yes, these Pokémon have very simple designs. They really are just birds. However, the issue with Toucannon is that it’s practically 1:1 with a real Toco Toucan. It doesnt change anything from the real animal. At least swellow has some distinct patterns and head feathers.
