A couple months ago had the idea to showcase what creators are doing with their own products and landed on building a little grocery store called VidMart to be at this year's @vidsummit We started reaching out to creators and so many loved the idea and donated tens of thousands of units to give to attendees completely for free. We teamed up with @arcade_1up and Spacestation Apps to create a custom game based on the VidMart experience But one of the best parts of the entire thing was seeing all these creators share the brands they've built and watching attendees get hyped and inspired about products they didn't even realize were made by creators one of my favorite VidSummit’s yet

@NotionHQ @IanMcclanan @mschoening why am I limited to only creating 20 rows at a time now with Notion AI? It’s prompting me to create an agent but it was literally just working the other day. Hoping it’s just a bug 🤞

@SethSHowes How much of an investment to do this all in house?

I’ve wanted to do this for a decade. But I never did - I refuse to give any company my DNA. It is me. So this week I sequenced my genome entirely at home. Literally on my kitchen table. I never exposed my DNA sequence to the internet. Not at any point. I used a MinION to do the sequencing (it’s smaller + weighs less than an iPhone). I used open-source DNA models for the analysis (Evo2 and AlphaGenome) running locally on a DGX Spark and Mac Studio. I traced mechanisms behind my family’s multigenerational autoimmune conditions that no clinician has been able to understand. When I set out to do this I didn’t know if it would actually work. It does. Your genome is the most private data you will ever have. You probably shouldn’t let it leave your house.

I'm lucky enough to have a great doctor and access to excellent Bay Area medical care. I've taken lots of standard screening tests over the years and have tried lots of "health tech" devices and tools. With all this said, by far the most useful preventative medical advice that I've ever received has come from unleashing coding agents on my genome, having them investigate my specific mutations, and having them recommend specific follow-on tests and treatments. Population averages are population averages, but we ourselves are not averages. For example, it turns out that I probably have a 30x(!) higher-than-average predisposition to melanoma. Fortunately, there are both specific supplements that help counteract the particular mutations I have, and of course I can significantly dial up my screening frequency. So, this is very useful to know. I don't know exactly how much the analysis cost, but probably less than $100. Sequencing my genome cost a few hundred dollars. (One often sees papers and articles claiming that models aren't very good at medical reasoning. These analyses are usually based on employing several-year-old models, which is a kind of ludicrous malpractice. It is true that you still have to carefully monitor the agents' reasoning, and they do on occasion jump to conclusions or skip steps, requiring some nudging and re-steering. But, overall, they are almost literally infinitely better for this kind of work than what one can otherwise obtain today.) There are still lots of questions about how this will diffuse and get adopted, but it seems very clear that medical practice is about to improve enormously. Exciting times!

I’ve been told this app isn’t the same already. I’m done defending myself, as I have seen time and God do before, they will reveal everything. Every change people begged for to hurt me hurt the entire app. Arrogance will be all of your downfall. I’m sitting at the top of my tower watching the world burn.

I built this thing called Clicky. It's an AI teacher that lives as a buddy next to your cursor. It can see your screen, talk to you, and even point at stuff, kinda like having a real teacher next to you. I've been using it the past few days to learn Davinci Resolve, 10/10.

Here's the most transparent test that Claude Code's scam 👇 After this announcement, for just testing, I bought $50 credit because my Max Plan had hit the weekly limits. I just made two code reviews (not complex) by updating Claude Code with Sonnet 4.6 (NOT OPUS) and a fresh session ; it directly consumed ~$20. But the more strange thing is that I used an API key for exactly the same code review by using OpenCode (Opus 4.6 Max effort), and it only consumed $5.30 (OpenCode findings were more detailed). Anthropic is just a scam now; it is disappointing and doesn't deserve any money. Simply, I am quitting until they give us an explanation. Also, a note, they are not refunding anything even you prove there is a bug, and they are consuming your credits! I'm also sharing my feedback IDs. Maybe you can really figure out what you've done wrong. You are just losing your promoters and community! - Feedback ID: 1d22e80f-f522-4f03-a54e-3a6e1a329c49 - Feedback ID: 84dbb7c9-6b69-4c00-8770-ce5e1bc64715 @AnthropicAI @claudeai !
