Extremely disappointed with @DigiHaat_ Order ID: 2026-03-28-779420 was delayed by ~45 mins and delivered cold. Despite a call, 4–5 complaints, and multiple emails, I’ve received no response at all, only templated replies "escalated" from 7 days.

i was travelling from CDG to PRYG (18102, Tatanagar Express) on 22nd January.
Vendors were selling:
1. Water bottle for 20/- (not Railneer)
2. Chowmein/paneer pakoda- 50/-
3. Veg biryani- 70/-
4. Tea - 10/-
AIL Mohali raised intake to 180 without expanding infrastructure. 130+ students evicted from hostels via an opaque process. Campus now ovcrowded—classrooms, mess, and housing under strain. No stakeholder consultation.

(4) Only a few people who know their rights, voice against wrongs. And still a large number of complaints related to overcharging in trains tells a lot about the current situation. Any food, beside the menu should not be given.

(3) NO BILL, NO FOOD should be compulsory in trains. Even if the provision is there, strict implementation should be there. Else, a heavy penalty should be imposed. Bill, even for 5rs standard tea should be provided.
