Extremely disappointed with @DigiHaat_ Order ID: 2026-03-28-779420 was delayed by ~45 mins and delivered cold. Despite a call, 4–5 complaints, and multiple emails, I’ve received no response at all, only templated replies "escalated" from 7 days. @ConsumerReports @jagograhakjago

Im in train no. 12466 / Ranthambore Ex. My Pnr no. Is 2436336579. Today morning around 08:59 Am I took a bread cutlet on the pantry vendor , he overcharged me of 10 RS As the actual price of cutlet is 40 RS for which he took 50Rs from me @RailMinIndia @RailMadad @IRCTCofficial

(4) Only a few people who know their rights, voice against wrongs. And still a large number of complaints related to overcharging in trains tells a lot about the current situation. Any food, beside the menu should not be given. @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw

(1) Humbly requested that in view of the gross violation of price of food menu in trains, some viable action should be taken by @RailMinIndia. @IRCTCofficial should really look into the amount of complaints they receive. It is high time, without a bill no food should be sold.
