@ZXSOFT_IN @polimernews @CMOTamilnadu Yes, I agree with you. But can underprivileged children in government and rural schools really afford the extra time and money needed to learn multiple languages? Do villages even have access to skilled language teachers like metro cities do?

Alimony is typically decided based on a partner’s net worth and there is no standard amount to it. How that net worth was built? Well, that’s a story for another day! Not a single person’s effort. That’s all I can say now. That said, an average Indian family wouldn’t usually demand 40 lakhs in alimony. I don’t know Ravi’s exact net worth, but I’m pretty sure it’s not what we call an average. Now pouncing on her and shaming her for demanding a 40L (not sure how true all of this is), how Shameless can that be? Some of y’all stooping even low by involving fellow actors into it based on Internet rumours clearly shows your interest is not to support anyone here, but clearly shaming the woman. All these days, haven’t said a word about this whole issue because it’s for two adults to deal with. IDC. But now if you all want to degrade and even go on to slut shame a woman because 40L kettutta? FFS 🤦‍♀️

The #Samsung Story Explained: 🔹Samsung India has reaffirmed its dedication to adhering to all legal and regulatory frameworks established in the country. The company ensures that its workforce at the Chennai manufacturing facility is well-compensated, with the average monthly salary of its permanent employees being 1.8 times higher than the industry standard for similar positions in the electronics sector. 🔹Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance for employees and their dependents, a Diwali gift (Samsung product valued between Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000), and long-term service allowances for those completing 10, 15, and 20 years of service. Employees also have access to an Employee Purchase Discount Program (up to 50% off), cash gifts, transportation services for weddings, and a range of monthly events aimed at engaging both workers and their families. 🔹The company maintains a work environment that meets the highest standards of health, safety, and overall welfare, offering free meals and shuttle services. Such measures have resulted in a highly satisfied and stable workforce, with an average tenure exceeding 10 years. In fact, more than 900 employees have completed over a decade with the company, earning an average monthly salary of Rs 40,000 before additional perks, while some of the longest-serving workers are earning up to Rs 69,000 per month. This high retention rate is a clear indication of the job satisfaction and loyalty felt by Samsung’s employees. 🔹Despite these positive aspects, recent allegations suggest that some workers are earning as low as Rs 23,000 monthly even after a decade of service. Samsung clarified that this claim is a misrepresentation, noting that only one employee currently falls in this bracket due to irregular attendance and underperformance, which have impacted his evaluations and subsequent compensation. 🔹The ongoing strike at the Chennai plant has led Samsung to implement its ‘No Work, No Pay’ policy, informing workers that they will not be compensated for the period they remain away from work. Nevertheless, Samsung remains committed to resolving all issues related to wages, benefits, and working conditions through direct negotiations with its employees, excluding third-party intervention. 🔹The company has already managed to normalize production at the Chennai facility, ensuring no disruption for consumers, especially ahead of the festive season. Management continues to urge striking employees to resume their duties and return to work to resolve the matter amicably.
