@thameswater your engineer got a trainee to fit a water meter into my parents property. There was a slow leak. By the time they realised, the kitchen cupboard are ruined and showing signs of water damage. Your engineer revisited & took photos, confirming the leak.

@rj_clements @thameswater They don’t have to be worked at complaints level for a customer to log them at executive level. It’s shocking the person couldn’t even name the CEO. The engineer has confirmed the damage & sent pics & they want a form completed, in 2026. Bonkers. I’m a pro at this 😉

@star_boi @thameswater Claims team dont have a line so even internal can not be passed through to them, claims are via form only. Complaints has to be raised and worked by complaints before ceo level has to be exhausted complaint before raised higher! Let me know if you need any advice info! X

@GSpellchecker @D4N7O Our neighbours have a work van & car on the road, a banger in the garage & bus on the drive. They rent & go to the extreme of swapping cars to ‘save the space’ of one of their cars. Park right up to people if they park in the space too & the dad even saves it when visiting them!

You'd be amazed how many endless feuds this causes with neighbours in Britain. There are two types of people. Those who just park where there is space. And those that think they own the bit of public road closest to their house and make life hell for everyone else.
