Training creative strategists is so simple Firstly , you need to first define what they are going to do. How many concepts per week, which formats, which angles As the founder you are the head of growth and should have a tight pulse on the creative front I don’t believe in just letting strategist make X concepts per week on their own… Sure that could work if they are sr sr strategist but most of the time those guys will be a huge bag monthly and also rare to find You will have to poach them from another brand Next important part after you define their weekly plan is to monitor their outputs and the results , the roas You will define a strict feedback loop constantly telling them which ads are doing well and also which ones are doing poor Eventually they will be able to take over the feedback loops themselves over time With this framework you can train any strategist to start finding winners
