
Experimented with @bryan_johnson sleep protocol aiming for a 100 sleep score. It worked.
Day 1: success.
- 100 sleep score
- Last meal: 5pm
- Sleep: 10pm
- No TV/work 1 hr before bed
- Read a book in bed
Running it for 7 days and will report back on whether I can maintain it.
