Socialist. Cymro. Bampa. I play French horn and accordion. I do not like racists or bigots (and that includes anyone stirring up anti-trans hatred).

I am no fan of Tommy Robinson but you have to question what on earth is going on in our country today. A clear lack of disparity. Tommy Robinson - Jailed Huw Edwards- Free Ricky Jones - Free Peter Murrell - Free Nicola Sturgeon - Free Humza Yousaf - Free Tony Blair - Free Alastair Campbell -Free Mike Amesbury - Free

To those applauding the politically motivated imprisonment of @TRobinsonNewEra today, before you get too excited, remember that once a precedent has been set, it applies to both sides. Another disastrous day for free speech in 🇬🇧

Absolute nonsense from @Ed_Miliband We get our gas primarily from the North Sea (he's killing that), the USA and Norway. Not dictators. We get renewables from China, who are dictators. Renewables give us less control, not more, and higher prices.

Jeremy Bowen’s contribution to From our own Correspondent on Radio 4 could have been written by Hamas. It is a disgrace that the BBC employs him as their international editor.

I met with Dame @PrueLeith to discuss the challenges faced by our farmers and rural communities. Labour’s fundamental lack of appreciation for the countryside, and their obsession with covering farmland in solar panels, threatens food security and rural livelihoods. As leader of @Conservatives, I will back our farmers and ensure our rural heartlands are given the support and recognition they deserve. telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/…

An Australian King has landed in Australia for the first time. King Charles becomes only the second monarch since settlers arrived in 1788, to arrive on Australian soil. His plane has just landed at a damp Sydney airport 🇦🇺 #royalvisitaustralia

Make no mistake. There is a concerted effort to eradicate Christianity from Great Britain. And when Christianity is removed all the laws which made Britain a civilised nation will go with it. Britain is a Christian country and whether you are a Christian or not we must protect Christianity, or the void will be filled by other ideologies and our country will become unrecognisable. The @churchofengland are too weak and captured to defend the faith upon which our laws and our culture is based. It is down to us to keep Britain British.

Street preacher: "So the police are saying it is a crime to say 'God bless you' to someone?" Police: "If it is causing distress then yes." Listen to this extraordinary exchange with a police officer.

This woman, who had lost her own 19 mth son due to NHS incompetence, tweeted this when she heard about the kids killed in Southport. She’s been sentenced to 2.5 yrs in jail. Huw Edwards walked free. #TwoTierKeir #TwoTierJustice

The choice is clear. As leader, we will leave the ECHR, cap migration, and win the next election.

@IsraeliPM A reminder to the Prime Minister of Israel: the founding of your state depended on a vaguely written document by a British politician, a decision by powerful nations to give away land that wasn’t theirs to give, and the sort of terrorism that you condemn when aimed against you.

A reminder to the French President: It was not a UN decision that established the State of Israel but the victory that was achieved in the War of Independence with the blood of our heroic fighters, many of whom were Holocaust survivors, including from the Vichy regime in France.
