.@FedEx update #3.meds are still in limbo in KY. Case number created. Case notes direct recipient (me) to contact shipper (FedEx) on details of the shipment. On phone with @fedex and they are unable to contact themselves . Literally -wtf.

Hey @FedEx it’s been 5 days since you lost my daughter’s meds. Your only solution continues to be for me to drive 650 miles to pick them up. You are a shipping company who apparently can’t ship- you also won’t let me file a claim. You are the worst.
