@KobieThatcher I work in the hospitality industry and employers are deliberately not hiring australians , so they can say they cant get australians to work and then fly to other countries to collect teams of migrants to bring back. There is plenty of aussies that apply and want these jobs.

I'll never believe the argument of 'We need more migrants because Australians won't do these jobs'. Australians used to do these jobs. Our jobs in supermarkets, fast food stores, department stores, etc., used to be filled by young Australians looking for experience, older Australians not ready to retire, or Aussies working a second job to make ends meet. We used to see Australians working in our airports, our banks, hospitality venues, and security positions across the country. Now many of these positions are filled with migrants, some of whom can barely even speak English. It's not because Australians don't want to work, it's because they can't compete in a job market against hundreds of thousands of foreigners that our country is continually being swamped with each year.
