Thank you to @eilishor for the opportunity to discus this on behalf of the HSCPA. Very stark numbers. 40-80 % staff vacancy rates across HSCP services, 86% maternity leave not covered and workforce over 80% female. Some primary care services being discontinued.

Exclusion of HSCP & lack of recognition of scale of contributions to health service is beyond frustrating! The 2nd largest clinical workforce in the Irish Health Service & excluded from management structure of the 6 new Health Regions?? Detrimental to the delivery of Sláintecare.
