#SHSSAcademicTrip continues with The Hague experience; Students visited the International Criminal Court, where they gained valuable insight into the State of the Treaty/Host Country Relationship (SOTY), the Court’s operations, and its key procedures. The session offered a practical perspective on international justice systems and the role of global institutions in advancing accountability and the rule of law. Later, the students toured the historic Peace Palace, a global symbol of peace and international law, further enriching their understanding of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and international cooperation. As the Judiciary we stand in clarity, integrity, and commitment to the rule of law reflected the core values that guide our institution and inspire public confidence in the administration of justice. At this critical time, as the country approaches the electioneering period, I call upon the media, members of the Judiciary, and all Kenyans to uphold the highest standards of responsibility, professionalism, and respect for the rule of law to maintain a peaceful Nation. Similarly, as the Judiciary we continue to discharge our mandate with independence, impartiality, and diligence, ensuring that justice is administered without fear or favor.
