Woods didn’t even flinch. He looked right at her and delivered the perfect kill shot: “Waitress, could you get this nice lady a double Grey Goose neat? She doesn’t seem to know where she is.”
Then he calmly finished his speech — which had ZERO to do with politics — and dropped one final mic on the bitter old bag: “I’d like to thank Ms. Bette Midler for demonstrating once again that the left has no class.”

More than three million Virginians cast their ballots in Virginia’s redistricting referendum, and the majority of Virginia voters voted to push back against a President who said he is ‘entitled’ to more Republican seats in Congress with a temporary and responsive referendum. They made their voices heard.
I am disappointed by the Supreme Court of Virginia’s ruling, but my focus as Governor will be on ensuring that all voters have the information necessary to make their voices heard this November in the midterm elections because in those elections we — the voters — will have the final say.

I was discouraged and feeling hopeless when the Spanberger administration began it’s assault on Virginia. I thought our doom was certain. But I don’t think so anymore. I’m ready to fight.

Absolutely NO ONE fought harder against the Democrats' illegal gerrymander in Virginia. She never once faltered, even when many of us were demoralized. And even though we were MASSIVELY outspent by Hakeem Jeffries and out-of-state Democrats (thanks for nothing, GOP), the left's deceitful referendum came *this* close to losing at the ballot box.
Thankfully, today, SCOVA rectified that injustice and restored representation to millions of Virginians.

Virginia Democrats broke four different laws to force the redistricting through.
Outside parties dumped nearly 80 million dollars into this state to rob people of their vote.
Our constitution is different from Tennessee's; Republicans didn't break the law.

So you must then think that what happened in TN is a loss for their citizens. It's actually in the TN constitution that redistricting not take place mid-decade. If you are mad about one and think one is bad, you have to feel this way about the other. At least VA took it to the voters. Name one red state that has redrawn their maps and asked the voters first. one.

Although Article IV, Section 3 mandates that delegates shall be elected on the Tuesday succeeding the first Monday in November, the majority takes the position that there is a material variation between "shall be elected" and the "general election" described in Article XII Section 1. It reasons that, unlike the single day on which a delegate is elected, a general election is not a fixed day. Instead, they conclude that an election is a cumulative process, encompassing the combined actions of voters casting ballots and officers
receiving those votes, that begins on the first day of early voting and ends on Election Day. By focusing on the legislative history, dictionary definitions, and how legal scholars might interpret the term "election," the majority fails to apply the most basic tenet of interpretation of constitutional provisions: looking to the language of the constitution itself.”

Justice has been served. From the beginning, this was the most obvious violation of Virginia’s Constitution. Abigail Spanberger and Democrats in Richmond knowingly violated our constitution to disenfranchise millions of Virginians.
