Can someone explain why @GetOkendo , a review platform, charges you based on orders? It has nothing to do with the amount of reviews they actually provide, it's about total orders - including recurring subscription orders. This makes no sense and their team has no answers when we asked.

Who is everyone using for reviews and what are you paying? Anything really cheap that works great?

@kurtinc @tombrown @Shopify Happy to help, will DM in case it's still relevant & hope to see you at Editions next month! We inherit the site's styles/css/fonts etc out of the box, so often you don't even have to do a bunch of styling work to get it to look native to the theme.

on the hunt for a @shopify reviews app that doesn't drop the style ball. anyone found a reviews app that allows for deep custom styling? the struggle to match client aesthetics is real

@RomanEcom @stamped_io I migrated from Stamped to Junip. @stuart_abc Pricing was better and now send all my review requests through Klaviyo flows instead of some janky in-app editor.

I am shopping for a new customer review software for 9 Shopify stores. Currently on @stamped_io but would love to see if there’s a way I could reduce costs in 2024 and get added features

@avia_chen @heymantle Mantle was basically created so people can ask "no one could have possibly been lame enough to spend 1000 hours thinking about factoring billing cycles" and then it turns out actually 5 guys were (& it's awesome)

@heymantle Shopify payout is one of the most complicated mechanisms in the world, they have 2 blog posts about it, but still no real answer to when you’re going to get paid after you charged a merchant. How does Mantle solve that?

We are currently using Okendo for reviews but I feel like it is way overpriced compared to the other options. What app is everyone using for reviews that offers the same features but is less expensive?
