@FlySWISS after a fairly dreadful experience with both @ZurichAirport and @FlySWISS staff at Zurich Airport this morning, the service I receiveded from M. Zilig at the E Transfer desk just now was fantastic. I hope she can be recognised for that.

At @zrh_airport about to miss my connection. Total chaos, rude staff who will yell at you and not try to help. So much for Swiss efficiency (and customer service)

@Outlook account blocked for no reason (not many emails sent). None of your reinstatement processes work. Have applied through some MS processes and no acknowledgement. Very poor

@barstoolsports For those saying it is disrespectful - the cyclist in the video said it isn't disrespectful. Other Paralympic athletes have said the same. What about we let the people impacted decide on things rather than throwing our own values at them? Its mansplaining by another name.
