Hari ini dilakukan pembersihan dan penutupan karena emplasemen ini tidak proper. Fungsi sempadan sungai dipulihkan dan dicari lokasi lain yg layak, dengan box dan container yg proper dan aman.

The bond market is flashing red. After a brief intermission on hopes that peace talks with Iran would progress, the 10Y Note Yield is up to 4.42%. Mortgage rates are up to a fresh 7-month high, markets are now pricing-in potential rate HIKES, and the S&P 500 has erased -$800 billion today. The bond market is, by far, the biggest problem for the US right now, much bigger than the energy price situation. We have said it before and we will say it again: We cannot afford a 5% yield on the 10Y Note.

The Pentagon now plans to use that money to refill U.S. weapons stockpiles instead. (Most likely because of the war in Middle East)

Iran’s every second leader is either a PhD holder, a doctor, an engineer, or a religious scholar. They are examples of simplicity; there is a strange sense of calm on their faces, with no sign of fear or worry at all. Why is every leader so poor that they live in rented houses, own no farmhouses, and don’t even have flats in London or Dubai? They reflect simplicity.
The leadership of the Revolutionary Guards is so ‘poor’ that their names have never appeared in Swiss, Panama, Pandora, or Dubai leaks.
