I use this app beta version but there more adjustments need to be done. Over all good.

Dearest @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, I am asking repeatedly. This is very very important. Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair? Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund. Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge. If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers. This is long long overdue. @flyspicejet i was supposed to reach at 6 and my train was at 11 pm from Guwahati now I missed the train and waiting all long for train in Guwahati who will compensate me on this. Is this my fault.. why can't you check ur plane b4 flights.

@flyspicejet Sg 758 plane was delayed after bording and the crew din have any information .... Very unprofessional Who will pay us the extra charge that will incure after reaching guwhati.....

@RailwaySeva Its ok just let this Avad assam express run on time.. waiting even in non major station for more than an hrs.. this is purely mis management of services.. who will pay my extra 2-3 hrs of time .. the amount i spend inside train due to late. And the mental truma.. @IRCTCofficial

@drm_sonpur @RailwaySeva Its regular and i guess railway is not taking any step to cope this situation.. its not new case train being late. Even Rajdhani used to get late by 1-2 hrs🤦🤦🤦🤦 how .. if train is running by tume at source why this late
