Ladies and gentlemen, and specifically my brethren in uniform, spare just 6 minutes and 27 seconds to understand from Col Mukul how NFU, which the armed forces deserve the most, is being denied without reason to the officers of armed forces. Eleven years and a joke played by the government and judiciary, along with the senior hierarchy of the armed forces. Just look at the permanent commission and promotion of women short service officers- the judiciary is so proactive. The judiciary wanted to appear as a crusader for women's rights, so the judgements came quickly. I am not saying the cause was wrong; the women officer had merit in the case . However, why does the judiciary behave completely differently when it comes to male officers, whether in cases of SHORT SERVICE officers or NFU to others? It is simply because male officers are seen as rivals. Imagine a force respected and loved by the people and also treated honourably in pay and perks- that would be a massive power block. Nobody is ready to accept that. This matter will go to the 8th pay commission. Things have already been settled back door.No judgement will come, and the officers will still be standing with a begging bowl,praying for their rightful emoluments. My view on the matter is- and remember, I am a fifth-generation member of this great Indian army- stop pleading and be straightforward and assertive in your demands. Time will show you the way to victory.

@PMOIndia @DefenceMinIndia @adgpi @indiannavy @IAF_MCC 1/3. 8th CPC, surprisingly, has NO Defence Forces' member. Non-inclusion does not stand to reason or logic. In fact, there should be separate CPC for Def Forces, due entirely different & severe terms and conditions of service

Grant of NFU: The Govt betrays the Armed Forces. In the Additional Affidavit filed by the Govt this morning at 10.21 AM, the Govt has denied the NFU to the Armed Forces, mainly on the grounds of "significantly large Financial Implications". Just see the MISCHIEF, the Affidavit filed by the Govt is dated 20 January 26 which has been finally filed after three months, probably to avoid the particular Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court since Hon'ble Justice JK Maheshwari is retiring in June 2026 end or to ensure that the Elections are not adversely affected. This is how the Govt plays with its own Armed Forces. However, the FIGHT will continue......

10 DGP in a small state like Hamachal. That's how the beaurocrates look after themselves well. Indian army had its cadre review in 1986. Armed forces were left out of NFU train as well because someone felt that what will be the fun of rank if NFU is granted. By the way a DGP is equallent to a Lt Gen of Army. @Warrior_Mukul
