It is now 200 days since Sam Mugumya was disappeared. He was taken by @MODVA_UPDF from a hotel in Mbarara in broad daylight. He has never been produced in any court or charged with any offense. A habeas corpus application was filed and the army and all government agencies denying having him. The state has denied having many other kidnapped people including two Kenyan Nationals, Bob Njagi and Nicholas Ayoo, that President Museveni later admitted they had them after they were released, has denied having two @NUP_Ug deputy Presidents @linazed2 and Jackline Jolly Tukamushaba, among others that they later produced before the same courts for trial. Among the various efforts @AgoraCFR has undertaken to demand for his release is petitioning the UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances in Oct 2025.
