@GWRHelp He's left Tauton. Couldn't risk getting off to try and speak to someone. But located the Train Manager instead. And he's organised the extra stop. Thank you ❤️🤍 I reckon he'll make KO 🥳

@suemsymes02 I do apologise to hear this and thank you for explaining for me. Could you please ask for them to speak to the staff at Taunton station about this request? - Ava

Coincidence! @GWRHelp are you able to work your magic once again. My husband on 14.45 Penzance to Newbury 7.30pm. Train trouble again so joined this same service at Plymouth not stopping at Newbury. So via Reading ETA 22.38. Extra stop in NBY so he can make kick off?! 🙏🙏❤️🤍 ⚽️

Big shout out to @GWRHelp Exeter last night. The delayed 5.53pm to Paddington broke down at Exeter, the remaining train to Newbury was via Reading with a long wait arriving at 11pm. My lone 16 year old requested an unscheduled stop at Newbury and you made it happen. Thank you 💚

@GWRHelp Connecting train will have left. So would be a further hours wait in Reading. Just to travel back in the opposite direction. Will be 4 hours late on arrival at that rate and will miss the entire game too. Takes 2 mins to stop. 😃

@GWRHelp Thanks. The original service was Penzance 14.45 to Newbury 21.27 I think. It's just about to leave Tauton an hour late and was due to Reading at 21.16 now revised to 22.11. So likely to miss the connecting train back to Newbury.

At least as Reading fans, we are used to this camping on the edge of our box defending a lead style football from last season, but 20 more minutes of this is going to cause some heart palpitations

@ReadingFC Good move. Thank you. Addresses the previous gap for some of my family. Will it be 6 loyalty points for both home and away ticket purchases?

@ReadingFC Loved his passion and work rate on the pitch. Wish Derek well. More retirees than signings though. Room for young and hungry players. Let's hope it's a good week.

Thank you Derrick! 💙 Derrick Williams has called time on his career and confirms his retirement from professional football. Everyone at Reading would like to thank Derrick for his efforts in the blue and white, and he will sorely be missed.

@AndyRFCCharman @TheTilehurstEnd @Reading106 Would have been simple to have the annual subscription equivalent along side the ST, then maybe an annual equivalent of audio and Royal TV. Kept everything else equivalent incl. non subscriber loyalty points. Simple with a better payment option..winner. Instead over engineered.

@STARReading @AJKendrick @upthedingg I asked for clarity on this point as the detail on the subscriptions was not explicit whereas it was for the STH. This is the reply I got. That each package would get the same points for away games as home games for the respective tier. Sounds like there is different info about

So if you buy just a ticket without one royal/season ticket, while being a standard member - do you still get 10 loyalty points for individual games? #readingfc @STARReading

@GWRHelp He was so relieved! As were we. Popular decision too with the other Newbury travellers. Appreciate stopping an Inter City isn't a simple task. 🤩

Does anyone know how much season tickets go up after the deadline? Based on the couple of rumours knocking about about the calibre of player we may sign, I’d rather hold off and pay more. At this rate I’m not wanting to waste my time for another year of shit. #ReadingFC

@farrow13 @RfcNatho @RFCSupport That's my reading of it. Members of my family away at uni for example affected by that. They don't want essential as wouldn't listen in if not going. But do come home and away. Nil points.

Hey #readingfc fans - here's a spreadsheet to work out whether subscription or season ticket is best for you. Copy the spreadsheet for yourself, answer questions in column H, and you'll get some idea of overall costs over the season for each subscription option in row 26! I did this to help me, hope it helps others too :) Disclaimer, my sums may not add up. #gid=0" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d… May be of interest @TalkReading @ReadingFC @RFCCommunity @RFC_Analysis @ElmParkRoyals

@sjmaple If you plan to continue season after season and or don't want to pay a lump sum then the monthly is practical. If the faff of cancelling/ notice period of a subscription is a factor then lump sum traditional ST is simpler. Just no bumper sticker with that one 🚗.

@suemsymes02 Thanks - updated! Yeh, looks like it's always the same price, or even a few pence cheaper, but spread over 12 months. I don't know why you'd buy it outright anymore, particularly now that loyalty points are added per game.
