Laughter and song, the bonds of friendship, the joy of play, the wonder of art, the beauty of nature, the gift of attention – tech oligarchs like Peter Thiel, Zuckerberg and Musk don't care for ANY of it.
They see humanity as redundant, as useless, as slop, and would rather replace all of it with AI.

@dmbkparker @zuluchucks Sounds like a problem that can be aided using Palantir Foundry.
English

@zuluchucks Everything is done manually. And no one reads all the documentation. It’s impossible. Time and money flushed.
English

The majority of money in aircraft software development for the DoW is spent on documentation and data reduction following flight test.
If someone automated those processes the govt would save a crap ton of money and be able to spend on actual capability.
Also legacy system architecture to digital twin (yes I said it).

@Antunes1 @nikitabier Bro you repost news clips and get paid for it. No one gives a fuck you can’t make money off that grift anymore.
English

@nikitabier I get why US based people might see this as a win.
But how about US citizens living abroad?
How about legitimate international creators?
How about people from countries with little to no user base?
This is bad for free speech. (Respectfully)

Starting Thursday, we'll be updating our revenue sharing incentives to better reward the content we want on X:
We will be giving more weight to impressions from your home region—to encourage content that resonates with people in your country, in neighboring countries and people who speak your language.
While we appreciate everyone's opinion on American politics, we hope this will disincentivize gaming the attention of US or Japanese accounts and instead, drive diverse conversations on the platform.
We invite creators to start building an audience locally. X will be a much richer community when there's relevant posts for people in all parts of the world.

Wow! All the AMATEURS and “Roided Up” Podcast Bros are still really buying Con Man JOE KENT’s crap—especially about being “deployed Eleven Times” to War. They say “shut up, he’s a Green Beret!”
Well, that may fool and impress YOU, but I’ve been watching for the past 25 YEARS, various “Fighting Men and Women” LYING THEIR ASSES OFF about “The progress being made” in Iraq And Afghanistan. The military said we were winning in Afghanistan, RIGHT UP UNTIL THE MOMENT WE LOST.
The dishonesty is Especially Obvious in MISTER KENT. “I’ve deployed 11 times. I know what it’s like to Hunt and Kill Humans.” And gullible insecure Civilians say, “ELEVEN TIMES! WOW! AND HE KILLED PEOPLE? OH BOY! TOUGH! WE MUST LISTEN TO HIM. HE MUST KNOW! AND WE MUST HONOR HIS SERVICE!”——
Actually, NO. WE DON’T—Not For Him. Like TOO many VETS who have been corrupted by politics, he has WEAPONIZED his military stint. This is a TRICK that has damn near been perfected by both libs and conservatives. Find some CHUMP with law enforcement or military credentials to push your political agenda. Right off the bat it NEUTRALIZES a Big Chunk of your opposition. There’s a reluctance to take on a veteran, even one who is being WILDLY AND WEIRDLY TRAITOROUS AND POLITICAL
So back to Joe “I Deployed 11 Times” Kent. “Eleven Times”—-The number is artificially High because he’s counting anytime he ever got on a plane for a business trip or what’s called a “Micro Deployment”—-I checked out his BOOK (a Silly self-promotional MESS ghostwritten by a kid in middle school)—Joe is awfully VAGUE about When he Leaves and When he Gets BACK. For instance: he “Deployed in the Spring” and “was back in June”——-huh? WHEN in the Spring. In May? April? MARCH 20th? What is a three month deployment? 6 weeks? Three weeks, TWO WEEKS?
Kent constantly BRAGGING about that number is another TELL that he’s a Bad Guy—the implication is, his SERVICE is somehow SUPERIOR to others who served. But What about the guy who did just ONE DEPLOYMENT (total wussy, right JOE?) BUT STAYED THERE FOR SIXTEEN MONTHS!!!! A YEAR AND FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!!!! HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF GUYS HAD TO DO THAT!!!!! But “Joe Kent” is special because he made More ROUND TRIPS?
Biden pulled this nonsense all the time: “I’ve been to Iraq 38 times.” —meaning he spent 10 hours on the ground. TOTAL. In the GREEN ZONE. Pete Buttigieg did it too: in his Silly autobiography, he went “Outside the Wire” 132 times. HUH? That’s not counted by anyone, except POLITICIANS trying to EXPLOIT and fool insecure VOTERS (and podcasters)
Oh, and During those “eleven” deployments KENT was quite “the lady’s man” in Baghdad. He Would ogle women at the Green Zone pool, strut around in his PANTIES (his word, not mine) and basically LOAF and DRINK.
—It’s all in his ridiculous book:
“Send Me: The True Story of a Mother at War”
-“A marble swimming pool with bearded operators grilling out nearby in nothing more than a pair of ranger panties and a healthy dose of sunscreen…”
-“Days were spent sleeping and lounging by the pool….”
-“Everyone was on a first-name basis, and even the most serious matters could be discussed in board shorts by the pool….”
-“Joe liked the people who lived and worked there and he enjoyed more than a few drinks at the (Green Zone’s) bar over the years, but the culture was a bit too laid-back for his taste in 2007.”
-“He felt that America had been at this too long and with too little success to enjoy drinks by a pool. The mystique wore off, and he was annoyed by buddies who spent too many nights at the Vill chatting up the intel women.”
-“Some kid from Ohio probably just lost his legs on the other side of town while we’re sitting here arguing over semantics, he thought. His disdain for bureaucracy burned, and he could only take so much of this. These people will solve nothing and be back by the pool relaxing before the day ends.”
—Joe Kent: Puts Himself ABOVE Country. Rotten BRAGGART!!!

To the immiserated proles of the Epstein Empire, this doesn't even look real. In the United States, "advanced" technology is a bumbling Waymo that won't get out of the way, or the Unit 8200 app that scans your face at the airport.

China’s solar power plant in Dunhuang uses around 12,000 mirrors to focus sunlight onto a central tower, heating molten salt to extreme temperatures. That heat is stored and used to generate electricity on demand, including after sunset.
