Napo members are not asking for much. Just enough money to care for themselves and their families. A salary attractive enough to keep experienced practitioners in the service. And for this to be done before the service collapses and the public is put at risk

£700m for more probation officers- it will be a complete waste unless underlying leadership and management issues are addressed.
