Ordering dinner aftr office at 1am and getting that at 1:30am. The order was for 2 people where 2 Laccha paratha missing. Rider is not picking up the calls and restaurant confirmed they packed everything. No option to connect to an agent. Shameful @zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal
