@u_dnt_know_jack Dear Jack, That is the case, as the printer is entirely reliant on the card reader. This is the reason they are sold as a bundle, as the printer cannot be operated as a standalone device, even if connected to the SumUp app. We are sorry about the inconvenience. SumUp.

@SumUp The gist is… it seems the ‘SumUp Solo & Printer’ is unable to print receipts when used with an iPad operating the SumUp: Payment & POS app. It only prints receipts when used as a standalone device. Am I missing something here? Surely the SumUp printer works with the SumUp app

@SumUp Over 24 hours later and my £600 Faster Payment from Barclays is still missing. Barclays confirmed the payment was fully released, my account is active, and a smaller payment before it arrived fine. No update and no real support. Please investigate ASAP.

Hi @SumUp, still waiting. My funds have been frozen without clear communication or timeline. @centralbank_ie, is there a regulatory gap in Ireland that allows providers to withhold customer funds without proper explanation or updates? This lack of transparency is very concerning.
