Blue Dart’s delivery person marked me unavailable twice. He never called, and he never came to the house. I have CCTV footage to prove it. When I complained, @BlueDart_’s response was to ask for a “respectful conversation”. Apparently, the delivery person can lie. The customer must watch his tone.

Dear @Flipkart, This is the worst customer support experience I have ever had. I purchased a 1.5 Ton AC on 11 June. The copper pipe was missing from the package, and your own support team instructed me to buy it separately with a promise of reimbursement. It’s been over a month. I have called your customer care more than 20 times, and all I get is the same scripted response: “Please wait another 48 hours.” I paid ₹4,000, but your team approved only ₹3,500 without any explanation. On top of that, you’re forcing me to accept the refund in the Flipkart Wallet instead of crediting it back to my bank account, despite my repeated requests. This is nothing but harassment of a genuine customer. Your promises mean nothing if all you do is delay and mislead people. I have a cautionary tale for users of @theniyo 's forex card with @DCBBank. I used the card in a tube station (St Paul's) in London to top up my Oyster card. The tap did not work on the machine, it asked me to insert the card and enter the pin. Which I did, the transaction was declined. I then tried the same with my American Express. That too was declined. So I moved to the next machine, and tried the tap on the DCB card, it worked. A few minutes later, I get a message from Niyo congratulating me on activating international ATM transactions. And a few seconds after that, a message saying Rs 64,594 has been withdrawn from my account. I reached out to Niyo customer support, who basically said I should write to DCB Bank. I did that. The customer support of the bank insisted a fraudulent ATM withdrawal cannot occur if the physical card is with me. They then said they will take three months to investigate this. But now, two weeks later, they have closed the case saying customer is at fault. Their assertion is that either I am lying about not making the transaction or that I have shared my card with someone. Neither is true. Their security systems are at fault, which is why there was no fraud on my Amex, even though the exact sequence of events happened with it. I will file a cybercrime report when I back in India later this week. But quite disappointed that @theniyo 's and @DCBBank's response has been to wash their hands off the matter and blame the customer.

Out of my last 10-15 Swiggy food orders, not ONE has arrived without drama. Every single order delayed by 20-25 mins on average. Today’s special: ordered food, app promised 15-20 mins. One hour later - no delivery partner assigned. Restaurant finished cooking it 50 mins ago. It’s just sitting there. Want to cancel? Full charge, zero refund. Want to talk to a human? Doesn’t exist on this app. So somewhere in the next 10-12 hours, a cold breakfast I ordered this morning will mysteriously appear at my door. Can’t wait. @Swiggy @SwiggyCares hope the losses keep piling up till this whole thing you are running shuts down.

Bought a ₹55,000 LCD TV 3 years ago Thought it would easily last for years. I even paid extra for an Extended Warranty just to stay "tension free." But the moment the warranty ended one day the entire screen suddenly turned blue. The mechanic came, checked it for 5 minutes, and said "Madam, the panel is damaged It’ll cost around ₹25-30k." That’s when I realized these days TVs don’t simply stop working they fail with such expensive issues that buying a new one starts feeling like the better option. And the worst pain is when something doesn’t break during the warranty but right after it ends. Comment below has anything ever failed at the "perfect worst timing" for you too ?

Tried my level best to avoid Vietjet Air for my Vietnam trip. But for Da Nang to Phu Quoc, options were almost non-existent for my dates, so had to book it. If you’re planning flights within Vietnam, keep this in mind: Vietjet should be your last option. Don’t ask me why. Just… don’t.
