@MattWalshBlog @realDailyWire I would love you to cover the fall of Rhodesia. Definitely not something taught in school and I think you could do the topic justice. Massively enjoying the series so far, keep it up.

@MormonMarksman @_JesseCinco Nobody is saying ignore your sights (at any distance)
English

@super_kuper @_JesseCinco If you think telling noobs “build a good index” vs “ignore your sights” at 5 yds is the same thing then you have no clue what you’re talking about.

@nowshattered @_JesseCinco You’re hearing “Don’t aim” when what I’m saying is that you shouldn’t NEED your sights to tell you where you’re aiming at 10 feet away. Does that mean you shouldn’t use them at all? Of course not. If you have a good index your sights are just confirming what you already know.
English

people don't want to go to prison you retarded imbecile.
also drawing your gun and the dot already being on target isn't "over-confirming" anything, you clearly don't know what an index is or how to utilize it.
idk where you learned defensive shooting, but apparently inside of a certain distance it's okay to just spray and pray? you've never seen people miss easy shots, while they're consciously putting effort into aiming at the target? but you think it's okay to "point shoot" in a self defense situation?
legally you have to account for every bullet that you shoot. if you send a bullet where it shouldn't have gone because you "didn't need your sights at 3-5 yards" then good luck to you in court buddy. hope you have a legendary team of lawyers.
English

@MormonMarksman @_JesseCinco Call that point shooting, call it a flash sought picture, call it index shooting, all boils does to the same thing, at five yards just point and shoot
English

@super_kuper @_JesseCinco Both sides aren’t saying the same thing 😂
English

@MormonMarksman @_JesseCinco We agree you should be confident enough in your presentation and index that you don’t need to overly focus on your sight picture to score a hit, because it is just there. The problem a lot of beginners have that video is addressing is over-confirming a “perfect” sight picture
English

@MormonMarksman @_JesseCinco The entire argument doesn’t make any sense because both sides are saying the same thing. Exactly what you said, if you’re good you’ll have a good consistent index, and you’ll be on target regardless of whether you actually see the sight picture or not. You could do it blindfolded
English

@super_kuper @_JesseCinco This statement makes no sense. If you’re good you’ll have your sights every time b/c you have a good consistent index. “You don’t need your sights” is a non sensical statement to anyone that knows what they are doing.
English

@_JesseCinco And? What point are you even trying to refute. There’s no reason to over-confirm a perfect sight picture at a distance where you should be making hits blindfolded.
English

@super_kuper My brother, I teach pistol with the best Glock shooter on the planet who placed 2nd at UPSA and IPSC Nationals
English

@_JesseCinco If you need your sights at 3-5 yards you suck. If you are taking the time to get a perfect sight picture at that distance you are wasting time. If you’re not incompetent, you’re relying on your index more than your eyes at that range, i.e. point shooting.
English

@super_kuper Anyone who talks about “point shooting” in 2026 is not to be taken seriously
English

@BradB_556 @gunguytv What is a non-issue? There’s no issue. There’s nothing to correct, there’s no problem. The only point is that you don’t need a perfect sight picture at very close distances, there’s nothing else being said here.
English

@super_kuper @gunguytv The thesis of my comment, and an indisputable fact, is that if you have a proper index its a non issue.
And I didnt even mention his point shooting group being terrible at that distance.
Yall just cant shoot but like to talk a big game.
English

@BradB_556 @gunguytv The thesis of the video is that at 3-5 yards you should be index/point shooting and not relying on your sight picture. That’s obviously true. If you’re over-confirming your sight picture at that distance that’s a waste of time.
English

@super_kuper @gunguytv If you can rely on your index youll pick the dot (or sight) up every time, so its a non-issue.
If you actually shot youd know that.

English

@BradB_556 @gunguytv Did you actually listen to the video or just watch it on mute. The whole point is an exaggerated hyperbolic display for effect to make the point that at very close distances you SHOULD rely on index and not hunt for a dot you don’t need.
